Ashley is a compassionate and qualified Mental Health Counsellor with a unique background in horticulture. She understands that growth isn’t always linear—just as plants need time to simply be, so do people. Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or just need a safe space to talk and bounce ideas around, Ashley offers support without pressure or judgement.

She is accredited in Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid, equipping her with the skills to provide empathetic, crisis-informed support. She completed her clinical placement with Queerspace, where she fostered safe and affirming therapeutic spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, and grief, and she is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. Ashley’s warm, non-judgmental approach ensures clients feel heard and supported as they work toward healing and growth.

Beyond Counselling, Ashley also serves as Invictus Health’s Cerebral Concierge—the go-to person for navigating the human side of our organisation. Whether it’s supporting team culture, handling HR nuances, fielding tricky questions, or smoothing out escalations, she approaches every interaction with care and clarity.
