Tracy is an educational and developmental psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in Hong Kong. She is passionate about supporting the learning, development and emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents. She specialises in neurodevelopmental assessments and individualised interventions, with particular expertise in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) at all stages of schooling.
Tracy brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work, drawing on her diverse background and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. She is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where families feel supported and understood. Guided by a child-centred, strengths-based approach, she values building strong, collaborative partnerships with parents, educators, and allied professionals.
