Community

At Invictus Health, we’re more than just clinicians – we’re passionate community leaders, advocates, and allies. Our commitment to mental health goes far beyond the consulting room. We’re proud to be a part of the social change that embraces intersectionality, amplifies diverse voices, and fosters true belonging for all.

We recognise that mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It is shaped by our experiences, backgrounds, identities, and communities. That’s why we actively engage with and support initiatives that celebrate and advocate for neurodiversity, LGBTIQA+ inclusion, disability rights, multicultural representation, youth empowerment, older adult care, and First Nations perspectives.

What We’re Involved In:

  • Autistic Pride Day: Celebrating the strengths, voices, and identities of Autistic individuals with pride and authenticity.
  • wearesolis.org: Supporting this innovative initiative focused on mental health accessibility and community-based care solutions.
  • theopenexchange.org: A proud contributor to this platform advancing open conversations about mental wellbeing, inclusion, and lived experience.
  • University Student Info Sessions: Empowering the next generation of psychologists and health professionals through accessible, informative sessions packed with real-world insights.
  • Industry Conferences: We regularly speak at and contribute to conferences around neuropsychology, mental health, and inclusive care to drive professional and systemic impact.

We believe true care starts with compassion, curiosity, and community. Through advocacy, education, and action, Invictus Health is building a future where every person feels seen, heard, and supported.

Join us on the journey – because better brains and good mental health is for everyone.

Migrant Men’s Circle (Darebin)

Invictus Health runs a monthly Migrant Men’s Circle in Darebin, creating a safe and supportive space for men from migrant and refugee backgrounds to come together, connect, and reflect. The circle offers an opportunity to share experiences, build community, and have honest conversations about wellbeing, identity, and the challenges of settling and belonging.

The current circle is at capacity. If you’re interested in joining a future session, please get in touch with Invictus Health to register your interest, and someone from the team will follow up with you.
