As a Korean-born corporate executive educated across Korea, USA, and Australia, Heejung Cecilia brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural awareness and inclusive leadership. She has over 25 years of experience in financial services, working across industries, sectors, and international markets. She is committed to supporting Invictus Health in developing fit-for-purpose mental health service delivery models for corporate clients, institutions, and government organisations. She is passionate about sharing commercially practical, risk-aware best practices that foster psychologically safe workplaces and support healthier, high-performance living.

Heejung Cecilia is also a practising yoga teacher and an active contributor to the creative community, including as a film artist and founder of the Mighty Maddy Choir, established in honour of Maddy Suy, a DIPG advocate.
