After a neuropsychology assessment, many people and families are left wondering what’s next. You might have a detailed report — but not much support to understand what it really means for you.
That’s where My Strengths, My Goals comes in. Created by the neuropsychology and counselling team at Invictus Health, this short‑term emotional and psychological capacity‑building program helps you turn insight into action.
Over three months, you’ll learn to understand your brain, build emotional resilience, connect with your support team, and take clear, confident steps towards your goals.
Every day, we see NDIS participants — and their families — trying to make sense of complex recommendations without enough emotional support or guidance.
Our mission: To bridge the gap between understanding and doing.
Our approach: Integrate emotional wellbeing, psychoeducation and practical goal‑building into one supportive, person‑centred process.
Our results: Participants leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more empowered — and families finally understand how to help in ways that work.
