Dr Caitlyn Drinkwater is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist and a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar at Invictus Health. She works with people across the lifespan, from children and adolescents through to older adults. She has experience in both mental health and physical health settings, supporting people with mood difficulties such as anxiety and depression, chronic pain, and the ongoing effects of concussion.
Caitlyn has postgraduate training in neuropsychology and experience in the assessment of neurodivergent presentations and acquired brain injury.
Her approach is grounded in cultural humility and a commitment to learning from the perspectives of other cultures. She works in a neuroaffirming way and is welcoming and affirming of LGBTQIA+ clients and families.
Caitlyn draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) in her practice. She also brings training in emotion regulation skills into her sessions.
