Not sure if you need an assessment? Start with a free 15-minute consultation

Talk with a clinical neuropsychologist for 15 minutes before you decide, by phone, by video or in person at our Preston clinic. We help you work out if an assessment will help, and which one fits. It is free, and there is no obligation to book an assessment.

What is the 15-minute consultation?

The short version:

  • It is a 15-minute talk with 艾玛·派克, Clinical Neuropsychologist.
  • You choose how: by phone, by video (telehealth), or in person at our Preston clinic.
  • You tell us what you have noticed, such as changes in memory, attention, learning, mood or behaviour.
  • We tell you if an assessment is likely to help, and which type fits best.
  • We explain the cost, how long it takes, and what funding may be available.
  • It is free. There is no cost and no obligation to book an assessment.

The consultation is not an assessment and does not give a diagnosis. It helps you choose your next step with confidence.

If you are in crisis, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
