How long does a medico-legal report take?
Reports for capacity, NDIS and forensic assessments are usually ready about 2 weeks after the assessment. Our current wait for an appointment is about 2 weeks for capacity and NDIS assessments, and about 4 weeks for forensic matters.

Our standard fee for capacity assessments, NDIS application assessments and forensic matters starts from $3,300 including GST. No. Medicare does not cover medico-legal assessments. Depending on the matter, the fee may be paid by you, your lawyer, or an insurer or scheme. Ask us and we will help you find out.

Do you write reports for TAC, WorkSafe and DVA claims?
Yes. We assess people after a car accident, an injury at work, a concussion or brain injury, and current and former ADF members through DVA. Our reports can support claims with the TAC, WorkSafe Victoria, CTP schemes, icare, Comcare and other insurers. Your lawyer, insurer, case manager or doctor can refer you, or you can contact us yourself. See personal injury and work capacity assessments.
