Mediation fees
For families, neighbours and workplaces working through a dispute, with an accredited mediator.
Mediation
$1,450 per person (half day)
Half day $1,450 per person. Full day $2,050 per person. Workplace packages start at $3,300 and are quoted for each workplace.
Mediation starts with a short phone call. It is not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. All mediation prices include GST.

Medicare 補助是如何運作的？
Medicare rebates are available for sessions with a psychologist or clinical psychologist when your GP gives you a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and a referral. Medicare does not cover sessions with a counsellor, most assessments (including adult ADHD and autism assessments) or medico-legal reports. Some Medicare items for autism and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions are available for people under 25 who are referred by a paediatrician or psychiatrist.
我需要全科醫生（GP）的轉介信嗎？
No, you do not need a GP referral to book with us. A referral is still helpful because it tells us about your health history. To claim Medicare rebates for psychology sessions, you need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral from your GP. Some funders, such as WorkSafe and the TAC, also need a medical referral before they will pay for an assessment.

Many policies cover neuropsychology and counselling services, but coverage varies. Check your policy details or contact your insurer before your appointment. We can provide itemised reports suitable for insurance claims.
