Sometimes what you bring relates to identity – coming out, gender, transition, faith and culture, family acceptance, or living between worlds. Often it doesn’t: queer people get anxious, burnt out, grieve and struggle in relationships like everyone else. Either way, you deserve support that affirms who you are rather than treating it as the problem.<\/p>\n

Our approach is affirming, trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT and relational approaches. We understand the real effects of discrimination, family rejection, homophobia and transphobia on mental health – and we know that your identity is not a
